DedupeGuard is a monday.com app that detects duplicate records on your boards and, on your approval, performs a non-destructive, reversible merge. By installing or using the app you agree to these terms.
You are responsible for your monday.com account and for the data on your boards. You confirm you are authorized to run the app on the boards where you use it. You will use the app in compliance with applicable law and with monday.com's own terms.
DedupeGuard does not delete records. A merge fills only empty fields on the record you keep, moves the absorbed record to a "DedupeGuard · Merged" group, and — where the app has been granted the updates:write scope — writes an audit note. Merges are performed only on pairs you approve, and are reversible either way: undo is driven by the merge journal, not by the note. You remain in control of every action.
We aim to keep the app available and correct but provide it on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may update, change, or discontinue features. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the app is provided without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Because merges are non-destructive and reversible, we strongly recommend reviewing each suggested merge before approving it. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid for the app in the three months preceding a claim.
DedupeGuard is not listed on the monday.com marketplace and is not currently sold: no plan is charged. If that changes, pricing will be shown in the marketplace before any charge, billing will run through monday.com's billing, and pricing may change with notice.
You may stop using and uninstall the app at any time. Uninstalling removes the app's access to your account.
