Link Health - Broken Link Checker for Confluence
by Basis Ventures

Terms of Service

Last updated: 6 October 2026

These terms govern use of the Link Health - Broken Link Checker for Confluence app (the “App”), provided by Basis Ventures (“Basis”, “we”, “us”). By installing or using the App you agree to these terms. The App is distributed through the Atlassian Marketplace and is also subject to Atlassian’s Marketplace Terms of Use.

1. What the App does

Link Health scans a Confluence space on demand, identifies broken and at-risk links, and presents them as a fix queue with deep links into the page editor. The App is read-only: it reports issues and never edits, moves, or deletes your content.

2. License

Subject to these terms and payment of any applicable fees, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the App within your Atlassian Cloud site for the duration of a valid subscription. You may not resell, sublicense, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract the App’s source beyond what the platform permits.

3. Fees

The App is billed through Atlassian’s cloud billing on a per-user basis at the price shown on the Marketplace listing. Atlassian handles billing, invoicing, taxes, and refunds under its Marketplace terms.

Estimates and results are informational. Link Health reports the results of automated link checks. A link reported as broken should be verified before action, and a link the App could not check with confidence is shown under “Needs a look” or counted as skipped, not reported as broken. The App does not guarantee that every broken link is found or that every reported issue is defective.

4. Acceptable use

5. Availability & support

We aim to keep the App working but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The App degrades gracefully: it reports what it could not check rather than presenting an empty result as a clean bill of health. Support: support@basis-s.co.il.

6. Data

Data handling is described in our Privacy Policy. In summary: read-only access; storage in Atlassian-hosted Forge storage scoped to your installation; and no transmission outside Atlassian at all — the App declares no external permissions and no remote hosts.

7. Warranty disclaimer

The App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the App is limited to the fees you paid for the App in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data.

9. Termination

You may stop using the App and uninstall it at any time; uninstalling removes the App’s access and its stored data. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to its conflict of laws rules, and the competent courts of Tel Aviv-Yafo, Israel have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to them.

11. Relationship to the End User Licence Agreement and the DPA

Where the App is licensed through the Atlassian Marketplace, the licence is granted under the standard End User Licence Agreement together with our Provider Specific Terms shown at installation, which state the same governing law as §10. Where we process personal data on your behalf, our Data Processing Addendum applies. If these terms conflict with the Provider Specific Terms on a Marketplace licence, the Provider Specific Terms prevail.

12. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will update the “Last updated” date and be published at this URL. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
